Ode to pictures galore... we are NOT camera virgins. As the weekend swiftly dwindles away following a saga of dinner parties, Christmas tree mishaps (ornament wars), and that old familiar work hard, play harder mantra… my narcissistic denim tendencies beckoned like the call of the wild. Around the Museum

Adept to artistic recreation, I wrenched this blue button-down from the retirement section of my closet… evidently, I’ve been on some sort of 007 sewing safari. Sated with a neo-trashy romanticism, its charming DIY imperfection materialized this impromptu photo excursion, even though I should have been working. But from the sun-drenched corners of a museum shop, I rubbed out the shadows of a recent stress purgatory, as the city voice seemed a tangible reawakening. Shirt, DIY (Meadham Kirchhoff inspiration). Satin tap pants, Victoria’s Secret. Bangles, vintage. Heels, N.Y.L.A.

Where the road takes you

Gallivanting about in a whimsy of gossamer textures and floral patterns had me feeling uncharacteristically girlish, but I couldn’t resist the magical vibe and the way sunlight seemed to pour through it and all around. (F21 tunic and knee socks, Miss Me jacket, DIY denim cutoffs and studded bag, Zinc platforms)
