Seeing You // Features // Etsy Updates

This is a partial look at upcoming piece, Seeing You Heterochromia. Since I started painting, I've seemed to maintain my strange fascination with the congenital trait of having different colored eyes in the same person. Also, taking a minute to catch up on a few things.... firstly, I want to send sincere gratitude to the awesome ones at Trendhunter, FORME Magazine, On1 Culture Magazine, Athenna Design, Stylish Pics and Feathers of Me for my many unexpected and amazing features! I'm truly honored.
Secondly, I'm revamping my Etsy shop and adding new original art and photography, so please check that out when you have a chance. And last but not least, prints and other goodies of this little lady's close-up is now available in my society6 shop

Cherokee | Drawing Progress

As a woman of esteemed Cherokee ancestry, I've wanted to express and create a more spiritual atmosphere to my art for a long time. One that specifically depicts my bloodline... the strength, courage and exemplary virtues of some of the women I've been fortunate enough to know in my life.
“The Cherokees did not separate spiritual and physical realms but regarded them as one, and they practiced their religion in a host of private daily observances as well as in public ceremonies.”
