In a blender, add ingredients and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 frozen bananas
1/2 c blackberries
5 medium organic strawberries
2 tsp non GMO vegan spirulina powder
1/2 c ice
1/2 c filtered water

Today I say goodbye to my sister. Rarely do I write about the intimate details of my life, but this is a new chapter that I'm not quite prepared to read.
