Firetrap

I admit, I wasn't familiar with Firetrap until very recently but one sidelong glance at www.tuccistore.co.uk and these must-have bleached trousers, and I was hooked! It's hard to believe they've been a mere Google search away from being one of my favorite online places to browse and for all intents and purposes, stalk. They're very Rolling Stones chic, if you know what I mean... and I'm suddenly inundated with fleeting notions of squeezing and pouring myself into a pair of dance pants, donning a leather jacket and embracing my inner Olivia Newton-John.
From dresses to casual knitwear, graphic tees to sky-high heels... and a veritable plethora of accessories you might not want to live without, Firetrap pioneers a true sense of modern mood with their aesthetically innovative designs. With collections for men, women and children, they seem to have something for everyone. Plus you won't believe it when you see the unbeatable prices at Tucci Designer Clothing. They have a great selection so if you haven't already, definitely check it out!

Cherokee | Drawing Progress

As a woman of esteemed Cherokee ancestry, I've wanted to express and create a more spiritual atmosphere to my art for a long time. One that specifically depicts my bloodline... the strength, courage and exemplary virtues of some of the women I've been fortunate enough to know in my life.
“The Cherokees did not separate spiritual and physical realms but regarded them as one, and they practiced their religion in a host of private daily observances as well as in public ceremonies.”

New Drawing ▲The Main Light

It's always exciting to share new artwork, especially after spending hours, days and sometimes weeks mapping through imaginative ideas and all those billowing clouds of charcoal dust. Through this much-needed experiment of breaking the boundaries of my comfort zone, I'm anxious to develop as an artist... and in the same thought, I know that growth takes time. Until then, I'll keep taking small steps towards something bigger.
The Main Light, is the second drawing in a new collection I've been diligently creating. Don't forget to look back on the first piece, Silent Forest, as well as thesneak peek I shared the other day!

Designs by Bella: Vintage Lollipops x Magazzini del Sale Capsule Collection

Last year, Italian designer Graziano Moro of Magazzini Del Sale contacted me about collaborating and designing a five-piece Limited Edition capsule collection for their SS 11 Love Can Change the World t-shirt line. Having never been given such an incredibly surreal opportunity before, you can imagine my absolute surprise... followed by some sort of psychotic jubilation. At the time, I'd only been drawing for about a month, which means the designs you're seeing are some of my very first artworks! Brainstorming endless possibilities, the process began with a series of sketches, clipart graphics, and silhouette collages until I further conceptualized the vision by deciding to submit only my illustrations.  After presenting numerous options, Graziano and the team exclusively selected their top picks... and after several months of diligence, reworking, and constant communication, my artwork was transformed into a beautiful line of ecru shirts forever deemed, Vintage Lollipops x M…
