Art Amongst Crystals

When my very first issue of beautiful.bizarre arrived the other day, I had one of those joyful, gratifying moments in knowing my name appeared on the pages, not only as the writer of the Aaron Nagel (cover artist) article but also as Editor's Assistant. Holding it in my hands, actually experiencing the tangible beauty was surreal and wonderful. A bundle of thanks goes out to my editor, Danijela... for her thoughtfulness, generosity of spirit, and for sending this special piece of art my way.

When Gail from The Leather Satchel Company contacted me with the amazing opportunity to choose a satchel of my choice to review, keep, and love forever I practically fell out of the chair. I'd been lusting after one of these gorgeous bags for the longest time, because while it may sound a bit unconventional, I thought it perfect for gallivanting about the sculpture park with my trusty writing supplies  swinging idly at my side.
