Letter to the universe and by universe I mean anyone willing to support a starving artist:
I'm not generally this nerdy but all the Grey's Anatomy watching and common phrase redundancies ("007" "Seriously.") is starting to influence the need to be, among other things, you know, hardcore, like Cristina Yang. Oooh or Calli Torres. Wait, Miranda Bailey. Wow, I think I just reached the point when everything needs a cursory Mc in front of it. Besides, does anyone really read these posts? Digress.
Below I've diligently inventoried a few current favorites (ahem), so I'll skip the unabashed begging and superfluous commentary and just make a point. Can you, I mean, would you mind bringing me these gorgeous things on my eternal wish list like before I die. I'm an artist for Pete's sake... do you know how expensive art supplies are these days (falls out of chair)? I mean, seriously.Seriously. Do you know how difficult it is to even sell art? Bottom-line, I want cute things too, okay.
Do you think I should I write a letter to Proenza Schouler? My congressman? Barney's? At this point, I'm totally not opposed to contacting the president if you think it'd help, and by president I mean Net-a-porter. obviously. Never actually heard back from Jeffrey Campbell. I wonder if Bergdorf's is hiring.
