Vintage Lollipops

First things first... here's another peek at one of my upcoming paintings, Extension!  I've been wearing this awesome little DailyLook zigzag Heart Monitor Ring   everywhere, and I mean everywhere . When wine bottles, cattle skulls, and antique birdcage wire quietly announce their lacking vacancy to an army of charms and trinkets, the most conventional option is to occupy the remaining space of (many) nearby Jewellery Boxes . I prefer to think of it as an over-satisfaction of baubles, bracelet making kits   and other pretty things I won't live without, rather than admit its reality... a brimming glass box with a low tolerance for silver and rose gold. It appears self-contained when its mouth is closed but upon opening, it has noticeably come to the point where it almost appears to hurt, and I almost feel guilty about it. 

With the start of a new year and a new accessories collection, my friend Aly sent over these beautiful handmade earrings from her RUYA shop!
